Advertising Disclosure

Performers and studios can pay to promote a room on CamSpike. Paid placements are always labelled Sponsored or Promoted and are never presented as editorial picks, recommendations or trending results.

Money can buy visibility, but it cannot buy Spike Score. Sponsorship is not an input to the CamSpike Score, to growth metrics, or to the order of organic rankings. Organic results are calculated first and are never reordered by paid campaigns.

Sponsored placements occupy a small number of additional slots, at most one sponsored card per eight organic cards, and only while the room is actually live and the campaign conditions are met.

Advertisers are billed per click. Campaign owners see impressions, clicks and spend for their own campaigns only; they never receive personal data about visitors.

Sponsored/Promote features are disabled by default in production (`PROMOTE_ENABLED`) and are not yet connected to a real payment provider.
